MSC's Fall Into Circus At-Home Cross-Training Challenge!, August 26th - September 21st (asynchronous)
Moody Street Circus’ Independent/ At-Home Cross-Training Challenge
FALL INTO CIRCUS
A 4-week long virtual cross-training challenge!
What you get during this challenge:
Every other day for four weeks (August 26th - September 21st) you will receive a recorded workout video (that ranges from 10-15 minutes in length - or more!).
This video will provide a fun and productive at-home cross-training session, delivered straight to your inbox. You will have TWO days to complete that workout before the next one makes its way to your inbox.
For every day of the challenge (that is not directly core based), you will also receive a written core based workout to complete, as well as some bonus pull-up bar exercises.
Prior to the challenge start date, students will also receive a PDF calendar to print-out with the cross-training challenge names for each day of the month long challenge so you can cross them off as we go!

This asynchronous at-home conditioning challenge is designed to help you discover fun, simple and easy ways to add conditioning/ training to your at-home routine. Build strength and technique through your circus workouts outside of class time! We plan to have some special guest videos as well.
Videos/ Workout Topics may include:
Meditative Stretch, Pull Up Bar Conditioning Routines, Graceful Arm Pathways, Mini-Circuits, Core Choreographies, Splits Stretch, Strong Back Flex, Cardio Shimmies/ Kicks, Kick Micro-bends to the curb, Hand Balancing Conditioning & Alignment and SO MANY MORE!
By the end of this challenge not only will you have succeeded in a month of consistent at-home cross training, but you’ll have 14 video recordings, each between 9-15 minute long workouts, (over 2 hours of content!) to return to for a variety of workout options outside of the studio.
What you will/may need for this challenge:
Wifi to access our recorded videos (that you’ll get to keep!)
Yoga Block
Pull Up Bar (or Local Playground to hang from!)

At the end of the challenge one winner (randomly selected from registrants who has completed the challenge) will win a custom circus tent printed cork yoga block!
